Try to run example.py, but got this error

Hello,

i try to run example.py in Pycharm, but got this error.

then I copy these code and run it with notebook, and i got many outputs as follows:

I think these outputs should be primitives, explored nodes etc, but they are in so many different figures that it is difficult for me to extract useful information. Is this what the output of example.py is supposed to be? If so, how should I read these images.

Hi,

The error probably comes from a third party package shapely but nevertheless, you can just ignore example.py(it is an outdated file), and use tutorial 1 to visualise the searching process, they serve the same purpose.
