I am trying to run the code in the Tutorials 2 for Commonroad-io but met the following problems.
Is the version of cvxpy wrong ? I have installed cvxpy of version 0.4.9, and tried to change the code version, but it still not worked.

have you activated the correct python/anaconda environment (the one with cvxpy version >= 1.0.0)?
Can you run pip install --upgrade cvxpy from command line with the activated python/anaconda environment?
