Lanelet_network

when i copy and run the demo ,pytharm shows that
AttributeError: ‘dict’ object has no attribute ‘lanelet_network’
here is my code:
‘’‘scenario.draw(rnd, draw_params={‘time_begin’: 5})’’’

so where should i download the lanelet_network?
