Is it necessary to implement our own heuristic function? I think we can solve required number of scenarios without our own heuristic function. In this case, could we get the bonus?

For the additional prize challenge i think it requires your own heuristic function. If you just want to get the bonus, the number of solved scenario reaches the requirement is enough. However, I still recommend using your own heurictic function.
