Interval in Commonroad.common.util

Hello,

I`m wondering how I can get to the border values of the class Interval that is imported into base_class.py.
Since it is in the provided base_class, so we could make use of it, but the information about the class Interval itself isn’t in the repository.

I think the class interval is implemented in commonroad-io, you can find it under commonroad/common/util.py in commonroad-io repository. I hope you can find the information you need there.
