How to know the speed limit of road network

for exmaple in USA_US101-32_1_T-1, how can I know what is the speed limit there?

It can be obtained from the traffic sign that is referenced in a lanelet. There’s a dedicated class in commonroad-io that does this: https://commonroad-io.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/scenario/#commonroad.scenario.traffic_sign_interpreter.TrafficSigInterpreter.speed_limit
