it seems like the updated CommonRoadFileReader (from 2019.01 to 2020.02) has gotten way slower. It takes now approx. 10 times longer to load a scenario. I know that there are some new features like the consideration of traffic signs, but i was quite surprised by how much longer it takes now to load a scenario.

starting from commonroad-io 2020.1, we evaluate/store the occupied lanelets of an obstacle for each time step.
This increases the computation time depending on the total number of obstacles.
