[Bug] clicking `undo last action` has no effect on Canvas

Hi,
I was editing a scenario and add a lanelent mistakenly. So i clicked undo last action, It worked ( i saved it and reloaded saved file to check resulting lanelet). But plot on Canvas didn’t change.

We’ll fix it in the next Scenario Designer release (beginning of March).

I just published version v0.5 of the Scenario Designer.
The undo should work again.
