Using Astar but get 0 solution

Hi,
I use Astar to search the trajectory in all 500 scenarios, but I got 0 solution. Are there any wrong in my setting?
my setting while batch processing:

The final result, solution found is 0,

But while solution found is 0, the result of some case is SUCCESS:

These successful cases have the same error info: star point is incorrect,

Sorry, I want to display more pictures but there is a limitation.
How can I solve this problem?
